ScanPeek은 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
ScanPeek은 Google Safe Browsing API를 활용한 링크 안전 검사 기능을 제공합니다. 이 기능은 잠재적으로 유해한 URL을 식별하는 데 도움을 드리기 위한 것이나, 모든 링크의 완전한 안전을 보장하지 않습니다. Google Safe Browsing이 모든 위협을 탐지하지 못할 수 있으며, 검사 결과는 달라질 수 있습니다.
링크 검사 기능을 사용함으로써, 귀하는 검사 결과와 무관하게 앱을 통해 스캔된 URL 방문으로 인한 손해, 손실 또는 피해에 대해 ScanPeek 및 개발자가 책임지지 않음에 동의합니다.
앱 가용성: ScanPeek은 서버 장애, API 변경, 네트워크 문제 등으로 인해 일부 기능이 중단되거나 제한될 수 있습니다. 개발자는 서비스의 중단 없는 제공을 보장하지 않습니다.
광고 콘텐츠: 앱 내에 표시되는 광고는 Google AdMob을 통해 제공됩니다. 광고 콘텐츠는 개발자가 통제하지 않으며, 광고로 인해 발생하는 문제에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
스캔 결과: ScanPeek은 QR코드에 포함된 콘텐츠(텍스트, URL 등)를 그대로 표시합니다. 제3자가 생성한 QR코드에 담긴 내용에 대해 개발자는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
외부 링크: 앱을 통해 이동한 외부 웹사이트의 콘텐츠, 정책 및 개인정보 처리에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다. 외부 사이트 방문은 전적으로 사용자의 판단과 책임 하에 이루어집니다.
무보증 조항: ScanPeek은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 앱이 특정 목적에 적합하거나 오류 없이 작동함을 명시적 또는 묵시적으로 보증하지 않습니다.

We do not collect or retain any user data on our servers. Data stored on your device (safe browsing credits) is automatically deleted by the Android system when you uninstall the app. Since the app does not create any accounts or user profiles, no separate data deletion request is required.

ScanPeek provides a link safety check feature powered by Google Safe Browsing API. This feature is intended to assist users in identifying potentially harmful URLs, but it does not guarantee the complete safety of any link. Google Safe Browsing may not detect all threats, and results may vary.
By using the link check feature, you acknowledge that ScanPeek and its developer are not responsible for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from visiting URLs scanned by the app, regardless of the check result.
App Availability: ScanPeek may experience interruptions or limitations due to server outages, API changes, or network issues. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Ad Content: Advertisements displayed in the app are served by Google AdMob. The developer does not control ad content and is not responsible for any issues arising from advertisements.
Scanned Content: ScanPeek displays the content encoded in QR codes as-is. The developer assumes no responsibility for content contained in QR codes created by third parties.
External Links: The developer is not responsible for the content, policies, or privacy practices of external websites visited through the app. Visiting external sites is solely at the user's own discretion and risk.
